The Zoneguard steel barrier system, manufactured by Hill & Smith Inc., is a lightweight and durable alternative to the traditional temporary concrete barriers.  The system’s lightweight composition allows for significant savings in freight and labor.  Zoneguard has been extensively crash tested and accepted by the FHWA.

• NCHRP 350 TL-3 & TL-4 and MASH TL-3
• 750 Linear Feet can be hauled on one flatbed trailer
• 62 lbs. per linear foot (3,004 lbs per std unit)
• 50-foot sections allow for quick installation, relocation, and removal
• Two configurations: Standard Deflection System and Minimum Deflection System
